MCA IN CONCERT

“Victory isn’t just about receiving trophies and medals; it’s about exceeding limits at your worst.”

That is what I learned in this year’s school concert.

A month before the concert, we decided to think of our concept and music, ideas kept on coming. And after ilang weeks or days of brainstorming and arguing, finally, may natapos na yung Justice.  We started practicing, nahati sa dalawa ang Justice, ang Me Without You slash Sold-Out pipz and Retro pipz. Hanggang sa nag-polishing and we thought na okay na ang lahat, we will not have any more problem with our presentation, yung tickets na lang talaga. HAHAHAHA

Then Monday came, August 31, 2015, National Heroes Day yun!  Supposedly no classes pero nag-polish kami ng whole performance but yung pinolish pala namin e walang patutunguhan. We had the wrong choice of music, boogie daw yung steps namin and yung concept namin is not approved. That means we had to start from scratch, back to square one, in short, uulit kami sa umpisa. Progress? Back to 0%.

We had 4 days to work for our performance with new set of songs and new set of steps to learn and polish. Actually, we only had 3 days since Friday is dry-run.

Monday afternoon, we made our new concept and our new set of songs. Tuesday, we made steps. Wednesday to Thursday, polishing. Friday, dry-run. We did not expect na matatapos namin yun in less than a week. Thank God, He guided us throughout our hardships.

We may not have won the first place, but we know we have won the hearts of people who never stopped in supporting us and in believing in us.  💕💕 Our prize was so expensive na hindi siya pwedeng tumbasan ng pera, and that is our enjoyment and experience.

Yung takot natin sa bente, yung halos bawat gawin natin na medyo mali e equivalent na agad sa bente, yung 2 pesos per stick, yung warm-up natin na halos mabali na yung mga pwedeng mabali, mabiyak yung mga pwedeng mabiyak, naging fruitful naman siya 😊😊 Pero guys, since last week, walang na-improper dahil excused since concert practice, magbabalik na po ang pagiging mahigpit namin guys 😊 Wala nang mag-iimproper ah! HAHAHAHAHA Tsaka guys, kahit na wala nang maglilista ng noisy, behave tayo pls, para di na tayo katukin ng mga kapitbahay nating rooms HAHAHAHAHAHA God has better plans for us, okay? At least we had the greatest experience ever 😊
